Thank you for your comment and also for registering on our web site. I will send you our "Discover New Bern" package which is a great way to see New Bern and visit our community. We do have a Retail Towne Center planned and our anchor store, Harris Teeter has a lease which starts in 2014, so we expect some activity next year. In the interim, there is another Harris Teeter (and several pharmacies) about 10 minutes away and a Food Lion just a few miles from Carolina Colours. Can you tell me when you expect the Retail Town Center to be built, and until it is built where do people shop for groceries, pharmaceuticals, etc.? Many of the holes reminded me of my favorite area course, Cypress Landing, for obvious reasons. If you have a membership package available, I'd appreciate receiving it.
