Cardio & Weights - All exercise classes are open to both men and women. For the weight class, ladies should bring a set of 3 lb. weights or less. Men can go just a little heavier but please start light. You can always bump up the weight the next session if needed. Also, bring a yoga mat or towel as we will be doing some floor work.
By signing up you will receive:
- Beginner set of clubs
- Clubs fitted and re-gripped to fit individual needs

- 10 Ninety minute lessons – limited to 4 students per session
- 8 practice facility lessons
- 2 nine-hole playing lessons with the pros
- Unlimited use of the Carolina Colours driving range and short game areas
- 2 nine-hole rounds of golf with the pros – includes green and cart fees

Experience is NOT necessary – you will determine what level you work at. You will need a mat and clothes that allow movement. It is also good to bring a large towel or small blanket, a strap (old tie or belt will do), and yoga blocks if you have them. Don’t be intimidated – those items are not required and are used to help get into some poses, if needed.
